As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll oversee support staff and ensure top-notch patient care. This is your chance to make a difference and lead a team to provide outstanding patient care in a fast-paced environment!

You will need to:

• Clinically assess and review residents
• Provide direct care and medications
• Mentor staff, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, housekeeping, and maintenance functions of the service
• Leading the named nurse approach to care planning through monthly audits of care plans ensuring completion and accuracy
• Monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
